Spotify "customer service" and other recent changes

Wasn't really sure where to add this post. I am really disappointed in some of the recent changes to spotify. Lately every time I have a question I get directed here, the community forums, where more often than not, only other users respond, not that I am complaining about the supportive community (thanks other spotify users!) but where is the customer service dept.? When we lost lyrics, and the page said "making big improvements" I expected when they came back they would be, well....better some how.  Currently it seems I don't have half the lyrics I had before and it keeps getting 'stuck'. Since the post on that topic has been 'closed' and this is the only place to ask for help now (anyone else remember when there was actually a 'contact us' that didn't directly lead to the community forums?) I am coming here to say that I am really ticked off. I don't have a lot of money to spend on myself and spotify is one of the few things I spend money on every single month. It may not seem like a lot of money to some of you but I am on Disability, that is a fixed income that does very poorly at supporting even the things I need for my health. I allow myself to pay for spotify because I have been sick since I was 12 years old and my mental health is just as important as my physical. Music helps me cope with the strain of long stretches of downtime that I often require. Now with no way to actually contact anyone directly at spotify and the lyrics thing getting all crappy, I am becoming less and less likely to recommend this service to anyone else (which in the past I did often) I am also seriously considering leaving this service all together if things don't change (do you even care spotify?) What happened to your customer service that made me so happy in the past? Why am I on a community forum and not a contact us email page? because there isn't one....even Netflix has a contact us page, not that I have ever had to use it being that I am on my mothers account, but it has one. It will likely take me months to write down all the music I will want to re-find if I leave this service so you have that long at least to regain my confidence. I can't afford to pay for a service that seems to care so little about its customers now. What happened Spotify? Why did things change so much? I have more to say but little energy for this happy crappy. Gonna go watch some Netflix where at least if I have a problem I can contact a service rep.

Hey @dragonorangel,

If you contacted Spotify Support via the Contact Form and got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
