Spotify recommends artists that I'm supposedly following.

The title says it all... Spotify "recommended artists" show like 80 artists that I'm already following but at the same time I'm not and "following again" is futile. So the function is recommending me nothing new, nothing I haven't listened before. This happens on every app I use (android, linux, windows, ios), the only exception is the web player.
