Just wondering is this deal only if you pay by credit card or can you buy the spotify gift card in tesco which I know costs €30 and still get extra months free?

I wouldn't try it. I just did, and they took all $30 of my card! The code is now invalid according to the redeem page, and I only got 3 months of spotify premium credit. I have a ticket in right now for either a refund or a correction. Very unhappy 😞
