Spotify saying I'm abroad when I'm not

Spotify has kicked me out and not allowing me to sign back in saying I can only use it abroad for 14 days. I'm not abroad, I assume it's because I down loaded it in Spain when I was on holiday a couple of weeks ago. Can someone please help?

Hey @Rmovery,

 

Most of those problems come from a difference between the country shown by the IP address, and the one in your profile.

 

First, check your IP address here.

After that, compare it to the country shown in your profile.
 

If necessary, change your country setting there.

 

If you opened your account with Facebook, your country is tied to the country shown in your Facebook account.

Hi, have just seen you helped someone get back into their account! I have exactly the same issue but I'm really bad with all the IP address etc. And don't know how to
Log back in... Any help would be amazing!

Hey @camilla_mkerr,

 

Try changing your country setting in your Spotify profile page to the country you're currently at. That usually does it. 🙂
