Spotify says error but my data are correct

Hi guys!

I have this little problem.

I've ever used a virtual card for the payment without any promblem, and I use it inside my PayPal account.

I've checked that money are inside, and that all the data are correct, but PayPal continues to say that there's an error.

I don't know what to do: I have checked all the data, they are correct. I tried with PayPal and also without it, using directly the credit card.

If you can help me.. Thank you.
