Spotify says im offline

I have premium account and i have internet connection but I can't search for music. I can only play downloaded songs. Spotify says I'm offline and I have been looking in settings but I can't find the issue. When I'm on wifi I can listen to all music. How do I fix this??

What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? Also, how long has this been happening? 

Does this happen on every WiFi connection you try to use? Does it also happen with mobile data?

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.
