Spotify says my country is USA but I'm not there

Spotify doesn't allow me to listen to music anymore cause it says that I've already used the 14 days  I'm allowed to use while not in my homecountry.

Fact is, I live in Italy and I joined Spotify through Facebook, and my facebook is also registered in Italy.

Why does it say I'm in USA? How can I resolve this?

I'm having the same problem. I used to live in the US, moved to Italy, and now I can't use Spotify because it keeps telling me that I need to change my country. When I go to change the country, it's already auto-filled as "italy" for the country, but won't let me save the setting unless I reset my password. If i then go ahead and resent my password so I can click through with the save, it tells me Spotify is not availble in Italy, 

I'm beginning to feel like i'm in Kafka's The Trial. Anyone know how to resolve?
