Spotify says my premium has expired!

Hi!

I pay my Spotify-Premium account through Telia in Sweden. They says that I´ve no expired payments or what so ever. Telia claims that I've my premium activated. But when I´m logging in on spotify it says that my Premium has expired?

Please, check my account and get me back my premium!

Hey Joel! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can double check your account on Spotify's side for you and see what is going on.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm also just going to hide that email address from the public to prevent you from getting any spam!
