Spotify says my sister doesn't live in my house so she can't get premium for Familie

I am host of a subscription 'Premium for family', but my sister can't be a member from it. Spotify says she doesn't live at my house, but that's not true and why do they think that? How can I fix this?

Welcome to the forums! Let's see if I can help 🙂

 

Could you first make sure that your Sister is performing all the steps listed in the following link:

Nothing works... She can't accapt anymore any of my invites.
