Spotify searching up Indian music

My Question or Issue

Recently odd search results have been appearing in my searches before anything else and it's really bugging me. For example when I search up "yes" nothing but Bollywood/Indian results are displayed. This has happened recently and I've found no solution to the problem. How do I fix this?

That is indeed very odd. Are you the only one having access to your Spotify account?

However, I'd recommend you logging out from all devices by clicking the button on your account overview just to make sure no one else is logged in.

For whatever reason things seem to have gone back to the way they were without any action on my half.
