Spotify showing my real name rather than username

I have setup a username in Spotify, but when I try to share playlists it shows my real name rather than my username. Is there a way to have it show my username instead? I am not wanting people I don't know to know my real full name.

Heya! If you've linked Facebook to Spotify, your FB name is the default name that would appear on your profile. To get you username back, just unlink FB and Spotify from within the apps settings or the website. It might take 48 hours before your profile reverts to your username, but it should 🙂
