Spotify starts on device I don't own

For a couple of weeks now. Spotify starts playing on different named iPhones. Funny part, I don't own an iPhone (I never will).

I already changed my password multiple times. How can I delete those iPhones from the list of available devices? All I can do so far is logout of all devices. It's getting annoying and those idiots are using my account to listen to music. Please help!

In this case, we suggest that you log out from all devices where your account might be open by following these steps. Then, try changing your password here for security.

By doing this, you'll need to log in again on your device using your new password.
