Spotify stays on free after upgrade tot premium

I've upgraded to premium, but in the app it still says i have free. Ik have deleted the app and even tried it on an other device. When i log in on the site is says i have premium until 27-08-17. Does someone know what to do?

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
