Spotify still free after paying for premium?

Hello,

I had spotify premium for a few months now, but my account suddenly switched to free even though I paid for premium. The payment isn't pending.

Hey @vsuchy1337,

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you cannot purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes. You can still purchase Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium.

There's a chance here that a duplicate account has been created, I notice you're subscribed through iTunes is that right? Are you signing in with the username on their premium receipt?

I use my facebook account to log in, I pay for premium through my apple account.
