Spotify stopped my service - it doesn't accept any methods of payment

Spotify stopped my service - it doesn't accept any methods of payment

My plan got stopped because my payments didn't go through. I have however contacted my bank and they said they received no attempts of charge by Spotify. I have contacted Spotify, got a robotic answer that didn't even address my message.

 

There is no way to get the  "contact spotify" form again - been at it for 30 minutes.

 

So turns out I can't pay with any credit cards and I'm assuming Spotify doesn't want my money, maybe going with Google?

 

Really annoying specially because there is nothing wrong with the forms of payment.

 

Extremely frustrated with this service.

Hey @alexfm-mx,


If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
