Spotify stopped on mobile, asks for upgrade to premium

Hello,

I just installed Spotify on my Nokia E5 (Symian S60) last week and really enjoyed it... for a few days.

Right now, for some reason, i cannot do searches or play music as it tells me to upgrade to premium. I have barely used the service (probably less than one hour), why is it telling me to upgrade?

I cannot do anything with the app at this point and am a little disappointed.

Your suggestions are appreciated!

Mobile devices require Premium subscription to work. Have you been using SPotify for a long time now? Did you start with a trial?

I have used it for a few days. It was free, I have not started the trial.

It says here that spotify free allows for millions of tracks instantly and mobile radio.

Ok perhaps I was lucky to use it for a short while. I guess I will just use radio.

My network speed is only 2.5g so it might not be worth it to ge premium yet.

Have you only used Radio feature on the mobile system? The Streaming requires Premium to work. As in streaming single tracks or generate your own playlists and then sync them to offline usage.

Millions of tracks available is on the computer for example.
Full Mobile Experience is with Premium only.

I just got this message trying to go online with my Nokia C5-00 (Symbian S60), even though there was an announcement that mobile phone shuttle listening would now be free. 

I reinstalled Spotify on my mobile from the Nokia Store, still no luck.

Hey @boldstripe - sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but free mobile streaming is currently only available on iOS and Android devices. Details here.
