Spotify stopped renewal now no single tariff?

So last night I get in my car to go home to find out I can't listen to my saved offline playlists. (I know the pain right?)

So double checked my email and Spotify haven't renewed my £9.99 subscription, no email, no contact at all. Now I go to start it again and the only option they have is me + 1 family member for £14.99. 

Is this how they are forcing people over?
