Spotify stuurt niks naar mijn e-mail

Als ik mijn wachtwoord wil resetten krijg ik geen mail.
Ik kreeg ook geen mail over het premiumpakket bevestiging, ookal had ik wel al betaald. Wat kan ik nu doen?

Please check your junk/spam filter for the password reset email, they like to hide in there. If you still don't see it, then it's likely you signed up for Spotify Premium with a different email address. Try the password reset with all the possible emails and usernames you might've used. 

In case you created your Spotify account through Facebook, then you'll need to reset your FB password from here.

Ik probeer mijn account te verwijderen omdat deze via fb gemaakt is maar ik ontvang geen link om het verwijderen van mijn account te bevestigen. wat kan ik doen?
