I have cancelled my premium subscription mid March, before the 3-month discounted premium period finished, yet I was charged again 3 months later on my credit card. I haven't received any emails notifying me of this charge nor cancellation, only when I look at my credit card statement I see the charge of 11.29CAD, even though I've cancelled the plan weeks before.
Please see the attached screenshot of receipts I've found in my account. I cancelled again today, still no emails confirming the cancellation. What gives? This unfortunately feels like theft 😞 Please clarify and help fix the issue. Thank you!
