I tried to contact them but I haven't gotten any answer yet. Do you know how long it might take before they'll get back to me?

Hey 🙂 

 

They will normally get back to within 24 hours, but it can take a little longer for some issues if they need to go to a specific specialist team. 

 

If you post your case number here, which is in the automated email reply you get when you submit a contact form I can escalate it to make sure it gets looked at as soon as possible for you.
