Spotify taking my money

Spotify taking my money

I have Spotify included in my phone plan but for some reason money is also coming out of my bank account to pay for Spotify and this shouldn't be happening.

Hi @Forster. It sounds like you may have two accounts: the one you are paying for, and one provided by your phone company. To cancel the payments from your bank account you'll want to visit your subscriptions page. This will stop premium from being charged to your account. From there, you'll want to check in with your telecom provider on how to redeem your Spotify subscription through them. They should have a FAQ page detailing how, but if not you'll need to reach out to their support team.
