Spotify telling me I'm too young when I'm not.

I do have a spotify account that I'm able to use, but I'm having to set my year of birth to 1999 instead of 2000. Whenever I put in Oct. 3, 2000, the system tells me I must be at least 12 years of age, which I turned twelve in October.

The Spotify terms and conditions say you must be at least 13 years old. I guess there's a typo in the error message.
