Spotify thinks I already have an account I dont

Hey I got an email saying that I could get 3 months for $0.99 and then pay $9.99 a month but I put my card and it said "error try again later" so I tried again like 5 minutes later and it said "looks like you have already taken this offer" and it tells me to pay $9.99 but I haven't had the 3 months or anything I just started it today but it still says I have the "free" account pleased contact me and tell me what I need to do

If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
