My Question or Issue

 I search for artists but I keep receiving error that I'm not online, the search fails. Either when I am connected wifi or cellular

Hello @Reshefmaia!

 

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps. Also, can you make sure "offline mode" is disabled in your settings? Let me know if that works 🙂

Thank you for answering me. Yes, I made sure I'm not in offline mode. The only thing that worked was re install the app.

Sometimes re-installing the app doesnt solve the problem. This is what got it working on my Samsung Galaxy.
