Spotify thinks i'm in the wrong country, can't change settings

Spotify thinks i'm in the wrong country, can't change settings

So I was in Germany for about 10 months up until this past August. I used up my abroad time while I was over there but now that I'm back spotify still thinks i'm in Germany for some reason so won't let me use my account.

 

On login all I get is an error message saying my abroad time has been used up and that I should upgrade or change my settings. So I go to the settings page and the only two options I get to change my country to are Germany or USA. I live in the UK, but am not given that option. I can't choose one of the two available, so I can't change my settings.

 

If anyone could help me, that would be marvelous!

In that case I would suggest you drop Spotify support an email using this form and they should be able to swap it over manually for you. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
