As in topic.

Spotify language is OK as I want. But advertisments I recieve are in Portuguese. They were in english two weeks ago, as they should.

For addition: Google.com also redirects me to Google.pt (portugal). For no reason.

My IP is in UK.

What is going on ?

Since Google also thinks you are in Portugal, it probably isn't a problem related to Spotify.

Are you using a VPN for your internet connection? Have you looked at your internet settings to see if it could be setting the location as Portugal?
