Spotify took money even though i canceled subscription

Last month I canceled my subscription because I had bought a 3 month 1€ deal, but yesterday spotify took 10€ from me and when i went to check if i was still subbed it said i was **bleep** m8

It sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.

Do you mean confirmation as in it just tells me that it's done or as that being the final confirmation that I want to cancel the sub? Because I haven't gotten an email after I canceled it an hour ago, though it probable that my account is linked to an old email account that I have no way of getting logged into. And thanks.
