Spotify took money for twice on me and i cant use my account as a premium

Hello i have a trouble about my account and premium payment. I bought Spotify Premium Duo membership in today and spotify took money for twice on me. My bank is send me a payment message but Spotify didin't send me mail about payment to my mail account. And i can't use my account as a premium. Please Spotify Support Team can you help me a soon as possible. Thank you.

That's really unfortunate but I think that in this situation it's best to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
