Spotify took money from my account when I already cancelled my subscription

Hi Spotify, 

 

I cancelled my premium subscription the other day  but yet you still took 9.99 euro out of my account on Friday 13th. and still says my account is premium, even though I definitley unsubscribed because I gave the reason for needing to save money. I can't take out my full rent now that I am 9.99 shourt 😞 

 

Can you please give me an email address to email my problem to as I can't find any on your website.
