Spotify took my money twice in 3 days.

Spotify took my money twice in 3 days.

I upgrated my spotify account to Unlimited, what btw was complete waste of money because it doesn't even turn off the adds in mobile version (android), and from my account was taken (15.07.2014) - 9,99 zł (polish). That would be normal thing if the money wasn't taken again tree days later (18.07.2014). I'd like to cancel second month of Unlimited as it does not give me what I wanted but there is no point if I already paid for it though it haven't even began.


What I'd like is to my money transfered back for at least second month or for Unlimited Subscription to turn off adds or let me turn off shuffle mod.

Hi. You need premium to get ad-free, on demand listening on mobile devices. If you get in touch with spotify here, thay'll sort out the two subscription problem for you. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.

Spotify has stolen my money even though I have only used it for the 7 day FREE trial then deleted the app and haven't used it since it has taken £9.99 what do I do now because I can't leave this they can't just take money when they want to please help me
