Spotify took my money without my permission!!!

SPOTIFY TOOK $9.99 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION..... WHAT DO I DO?! I WANT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!
I never intended to pay for ANYTHING. As far as i know spotify dont even have my card details (unless they're hidden somwhere to make it harder to cancel the subscribtion....i wouldn't be surprised) but when i click on 'receipts' it says that i paid £9.99?! My trial was supposed to end yesterday.

Sorry to hear that you are frustrated. Have you gone to www.spotify.com/account and checked to see if there was payment information provided there?

The trial that you mention, is it a 7-day trial or a 30-day tria?

If it is a 30-day trial, I think it will be renewed automatically unless it was canceled before the trial ends.

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to provide you the best resolution about this issue.
