Spotify unlimted cancelled due to lost card

Hi, I just tried to go on Spotify on my computer and started getting ads, which shouldn't be happening as I have spotify unlimited, so I checked my account and realised it is because my bank card was stolen a few weeks ago and I had to cancel it. So I tried to renew my account with my new bank card and now I don't have the option of signing up to unlimited anymore and am being told to buy premium. Since I don't even have a smartphone and would essentially be paying five pounds extra a month to use spotify on my computer, I really don't want to/can't afford to buy premium, and would just like to renew my spotify unlimted account. Is there any chance someone can help me with this?

Amazing, thanks yeh that worked! I looked for that page for ages but couldn't find it and kept getting redirected to premium. It was probably just me being dumb. Thanks a lot!
