Spotify will not delete my account

Hi there,

I have contacted Spotify support 4 times now asking to close my accound.

The first time yeilded a response requesting security information. Upon supplying this I have heard nothing back nearly a week later.

The other 3 emails I have sent have not even given me a response (other that the receipt of question email).

I'm at my wits end.

Sure, it might not be doing any harm but it's the principle of the matter. I really don't want a Spotify account anymore and their refusal to remove it is somewhat aggrivating.

Any help would be welcomed.
