Spotify will not log me in and won't recognize that I have renewed my premium payment

Hi I need to get through to spotify customer care urgently. I am a premium user and have moved countries, during that time I did not realize my iTunes credit had run out and I was downgraded. I topped up my iTunes credit and re-subscribed to premium yet my spotify does not realize that and will continue to say "cannot be used more than 14 days abroad" and will not log me in. Meanwhile I am charged already for the subscription, this is so frustrating.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
