Spotify with Telekom contract doesn't work

Hello , 

I have a little problem with Spotify. 

I have a Telekom DE contract which includes Spotify Premium . I've got an username but i forgot my password. 

On the Telekom website it says that i've activated Spotify Premium , but if I go into the mobile app it says - get premium! 

Now , when i try to click on -forgot my password- and i type in my username it says something went wrong i have to take a lock at their website. I've connected my Facebook Account with Spotify aswell (without Premium/Telekom contract) , there it works and I would get a verification code.
