I am currently studying abroad in London. I have changed my country profile settings to the UK, but whenever I try to log in, it still says that my country doesn't match my location. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling spotify, as well as restarting my computer and nothing is working.

Okay, can you try changing your country here?
I've already done that. It says United Kingdom, but the program still won't work

That is precisely what I have done. It won't recognize that I've done it.

Can you clear browser cache/cookies and to try to login into your account in an incognito window?
Could you also please check if you are using the same account you are changing the country on?
I just tried that, it's still not working though unfortunately.

What device/version are using to sign into Spotify?
Also, are you able to sign into the Web Player?
I'm using my computer, it has windows 8, and I think I'm using the newest version of Spotify because I just deleted and redownloaded it to see if that would help.I also can not log into the web player. I usedd the link from that page to go to the update profile page, but it says GB so I don't know what I'm doing wrong
