Every time I get to the final point of entering my password to cancel my subscription it says incorrect password. I have reset my password 4 times and just changed it 3 more. Always says its incorrect but it allows me to log into the website and my profile with the same password. This has gone on for 4 months now and I've let it slide thinking it was technical difficulties on their end... but now they had put me in a legal bind with another company because I now have insufficient funds and am trying to figure out what to do... someone help me fix this.
