Spotify won't disconnect from the wrong facebook

Spotify won't disconnect from the wrong facebook

No matter how many times I click "Disconnect from Facebook" it still remains connected to an account I accidently previously linked it to!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

When you press the "Disconnect from Facebook" button, does it change to "Connect to Facebook"? 

If so, but you are still seeing Facebook data, try a clean reinstallation of the client, and make sure you are logging in using your dedicated Spotify username and password (not your email address).

Hey, thanks for the help. I did a complete reinstall of spotify but the problem remains, heres a picture of my spotify program, as you can see it shouldnt be connected to facebook, however the name "Natasha Bynon" is being grabbed from when i have previously accidently synced spotify onto that account.

 

Also, even if I then click the connect to facebook and attempt to login with the correct facebook, it still displays Natasha Bynon.

 

Although interestingly enough, spotify seems to show the friendlist from the correct account (Kyle Price) rather then the incorrect one (natasha)

Are you still having this issue? I've checked your account and it does appear to be currently linked to a Kyle, rather than a Natasha.
