So long story short, I signed up for the trial with spotify premium for 99 cents a month(first three months) when I had a job and since moving have only recently obtained employment again. I knew that the 19th I would be charged for premium and that my bank is LITERALLY $0.43 so I went in and canceled. It didn't work the first time, so I tried again and it said it worked (this is a day ago). Fast forward to today, I get a call from my bank that I am overdrafted due to spotify charging $9.99(not even the 99 cents, albeit this could have been the first month it would have been the regular price as I signed up for the special in late december I believe) and I have no way of avoiding the fees stacked upon me despite taking the precautions to do so. Anyways, I annoyingly log into spotify in an attempt to, once more, cancel my subscription. I do the proper steps, getting past the questions and whatnot about cancellation, only to have it say: Oops, something went wrong. This is in tiny text at the top, so I could have missed it a day ago, but anways I try again. This happens EVERY time. I know it's not me not knowing my facebook password and have even attempted logging in via other my other browser(chrome). Even though I said long story short, it's still pretty long, but I would be quite grateful for any help as I actually rather enjoyed the service(up til this point, obviously) and due to my new work situation merely won't get paid til the essential start of next month. Thanks for any and all help!

Sorry for not including this information in the original post, however a part of this problem seems to be a feedback loop(literally on the feedback page) where I attempt to contact support, and it says Your email is not valid, please change it here so we can get back to you. Upon clicking there, it takes me to my Edit Your Profile page where the only options I have are Country, Mobile Phone Number, Mobile Phone OS, and Service Provider. I seriously don't know what to do anymore, but thanks for trying to help so far(especially if you have any further ideas, cus I am super lost at this point)!

If you don't see a cancel option,
You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.
To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
