My Question or Issue

I have recently relocated from Canada to Mexico and me and my family want to share a Spotify Family Premium Plan but since I opened my account in Canada it wouldn't let me. So I followed the instructions that were given on the website to switch my payment method to one that is from Mexico but still it won't let me change the country even though I have already changed my payment card to one that is from the current country I reside in.

I would appreciate any help in this matter.

The changes will take effect from your next billing date 🙂 Your country setting will remain unchanged until then.

Thanks for the post.

 

The changes to your account's country will take effect from your next billing date 🙂 After this you'll be able to join a Premium Family plan in Mexico.
