Spotify won’t let me change my debit card information

I lost my last debit card and I’m tying to update my payment method but it won’t let me.

I’m located in the United States and I’m trying to change my lost card
number to my new card number but it won’t let me. I followed what Spotify
has in its help center but it still wouldn’t let me

I also can't update my debit card information either. When I click "update" it just refreshes the same page again. HELP!

I’m having thsorry same exact issue nothing will load and thy are about to shut off my account if I don’t update my card soon and I’m very frustrated

I have exactly same problem, they'll close my premium but i cannot do anything to change my credit card number. Help?

I just chatted with customer service. This is an issue they are working on but for now, spotify can cancel your previous payment information and you can resubmit your new card info. You won't lose your music! Just go to Support: chat and they can fix it right away.
