Spotify won't recognize me as Family owner

Recently switched to Family Plan but spotify doesn't recognize me as the owner, so I can't invite people to the plan.

Have you made sure that you are logged into the right account? You might of signed up with Spotify for Familes on another account.

We have the same problem. But we had used Spotify for month. Now they kicked my kids out. I tryed to get them back in, but nö joy. I reenter the adress but it didn't work. And no way to make it clear?!
