My Question or Issue

 

Hi, I recently moved to the Netherlands from Canada, and updated my spotify profile to reflect this. However when I log in, it still says "you can only use spotify aborad for 14 days etc."

 

I've already emailed spotify about the issue but I thought I'd post here too.

If you emailed Spotify Support, you should get an answer soon. However, I'll be here to help you out too 🙂

 

Can you check if this change has been reflected in your Spotify account page? If it has but you're still getting the message that you're abroad, I'd recommend you log out and log back in.

I resolved the issue myself. It wouldn't work when I logged in through Facebook, but it worked when I logged in with my email and password. Possibly this is because I haven't changed my country on Facebook?
