Spotify wont accept my dept card

Spotify wont accept my dept card

I have tried to get premium for weeks now but everytime I use my card online Spotify replies but saying "your card seems to be having a bad day" but Spotify still charges my card multiple times and I still don't get the upgrade.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
