Spotify wont accept my gift code for premium

I always buy premium by buying a 10€ giftcard at the gasstation(ARAL).

But now I got the problem, that spotify tells me that there were something wrong with this code and I should try again or visiting the support section. Its this message on german: "Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuche es noch einmal oder besuche unseren Hilfebereich"

Its actually the first time that this happens and I googled and many of them got this problem too when they bought it at the gasstation.

But I bought it about 5 times now and everything was fine.

Could you help me out? Can I manage to get my money back from the gasstation or do spotify somehow give me premium?

Its kinda annoying and frustrating.

With giftcards bought from the store, sometimes the store doesn't activate them (it happens). If you take it back to the store with the receipt, they should be able to check that for you and get it activated if it wasn't.
