Can someone help me I got Spotify premium and paying 12.99 I wanna change to 9.99 but I can't cause I got premium through iTunes does anyone know how I can change to 9.99

You need to contact Apple care to stop your billing for Spotify Premium. As soon as you see that your account is free, you may go to Spotify.com and log in. You may add the payment option under accounts option.. Hope this helps you. Cheers!

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
