You guys are charging my card and I don't even listen to Spotify. How do I get my money back and for you guys to stop charging me??

Hey there @Krystakobza, welcome to the community!

 

That sounds odd. Are you sure you don't have a Spotify account with a Premium subscription? You can make sure by checking this guide.

 

However, if you still can't find one, I'd suggest you get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can take a look backstage for you 🙂 You can do that by sending a tweet or DM at their Twitter handle, @SpotifyCares.

 

Alternatively, you can use the contact form, in which case, you'll need to reply to the automated reply you'll receive after you've sent the form, even if it's from a no-reply!

 

Support gets back usually within 24-48 hours.
