Sprint Free 6mo Trial not working

I Downloaded the app signed in through Facebook. Accepted the free trial and now after 7 days it is not a premium subscription anymore just free. I contacted sprint and they say my account is active as a optimum member ship. Nothing I try seems to work and they advised me to use this site? I need help to fix this
