Last week I tried to get the free premium subscription for Starbucks partners and kept getting the "something went wrong" notification. I thought that maybe because I was trying to do it from my phone that it wasn't working properly, but then I accidentally gave myself the 7-day trial and haven't been able to try on a computer until now. Since the trial is over, I went to get the subscription again today and am still getting the same message, from my phone, a laptop, and another computer. Is there a server problem or is it my account?

I'm getting the same error. did your issue ever get resolved? the PCC gave me a couple troubleshooting options but none worked. They said that spotify would be able to access stuff but they've been very hard to get a hold of regarding troubleshooting.

I've had the same problem, since we've been able to get Spotify premium and have had no help since. I call PCC and they told me I had an active account which has been deleted and I'm still not able to get this benefit 😞 just wondering if you were able to join.
