Starbucks Spotify for Partners not working

It used to work, but it stopped. I tried re-signing up but I keep gettign the error message "something went wrong, try again later"

Thanks for reaching out and welcome in the community!

 

Do you still see the same error message? If so, can you try the following:

 

  • Try another network.
  • Try signing up on a different device.
  • Try in a different browser or an incognito/private window of the one you're using.
  • Make sure to check mark the recaptcha verification.
  • Make sure you've read and ticked the box of the terms.

Thanks! I registered using my phone instead of my computer and it fixed it!!!
